The law n°2011-2012 known as the “Bertrand Law” of 29 December 2011 relating to the reinforcement of the sanitary safety of medicines and health products has put in place a system of transparency of the links of interest between companies producing or marketing health products or providing services associated with these products and health professionals (new article L.1453-1 of the CSP). The implementing decrees 2013-414 of 21 May 2013 and 2016-1939 of 28 December 2016 specify the procedures for publishing the agreements concluded and benefits granted to these health professionals.
